1. What is the most important thing for an Informatics Nurse to know?

Nurse informaticists work in a variety of areas including health systems, business and industry and academia. As leaders in the field of health informatics, nurse informaticists work as chief nursing informatics officers, clinical analysts, informatics nurse specialists and nurse data scientists.Their scope of practice may include participation in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of electronic health records in health system organizations. They play a vital role in the application of information systems in analyzing and researching clinical and administrative performance analytics. And they assist in the integration of information technology into the workflow of nurses. So the most important thing for an Informatics Nurse to know is to help the health care industry by advancing technology, to be sure that it is safe and very usefull when it comes to healthcare settings.

2. How nursing informatics helps to support the patients, nurses, and other providers in their decision making in all roles and settings?

The nursing informatics support the nurses by its benefits to nursing practice the benefits that are automated system when it comes to patient charting, the data and/or information can be shared to other departments but only access by authorized persons, it also provide reminders and can be a medical resources. For the bottomline of this, it enhanced/developed better nursing care for the

patients.

3. What advice would you give to nurses considering the Nursing Informatics Specialty?

The advice that I can give to nurses considering the Nursing Informatics a Specialty is for them to always consider the benefits of nursing iformatics to us nurses but also for all health care providers , and to consider the safety of patients on how nursing informatics can help us build better nursing care .And for them to continue exploring, implementing technologies , that they continue advancing it that they should not stop, to make their specialty a key to better nursing care .

4. How does nursing informatics promote population health?

Nursing informatics can help the community health information system (CHIS) by advancing it more. Since nowadays, most of us are now using internet by desktop, tablet, laptop, smartphones. The CHIS will be able to reach the community easily. By informing them if a certain type of disease is being known and how to prevent it. Tips for a healthy lifestyle, or something about medical awareness.

5. How does nursing informatics affect all nurses? Nursing Informatics affect all nurses in a way that nurses with nursing informatics seems to be the key in better nursing care. For through nursing informatics, life of anurse seems to be easy, or should I say nurses can give care safetly and accurately .So nursing informatics affect all nurse in a good way , that it help them in healthcare setting to provide a better nursing care .
